For many years, we absorbed the cost of insulated packaging and cold packs ourselves. However, over the past couple of years, both packaging materials and carrier shipping costs across the U.S. have increased significantly. Rather than quietly increasing the price of the probiotics themselves, we chose to list the cold pack as a separate line item. This keeps the product price transparent and shows exactly where the added cost is coming from, instead of building it into the base price.
