Shipping policy

Free shipping

  • Major provinces: Free shipping on orders $149+.

  • Remote provinces: Free shipping on orders $249+ ( NB, NL, NS, PE, NT, NU, YT).

Probiotics cold fee

  • $9.95 Probiotics Cold Fee applies to orders that include probiotics (covers ice packs to protect product quality during transit).

  • When your order qualifies for free shipping, only this $9.95 cold fee applies.

Processing & transit

  • Some outlying Canadian postal codes may take 5–6 business days, depending on remoteness.

  • Orders placed on weekends (or after 11:00 am Friday) ship the next business day.

  • Business days are Monday–Friday; carriers do not move shipments on weekends or holidays.

Cold orders (probiotics)

  • Ship Monday–Wednesday.

  • Orders received after 11:00 am PDT on Wednesday ship the following Monday.

Order confirmations & address changes

  • You’ll receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours with tracking details.

  • Additional charges may apply if the delivery address is incorrect or the package must be forwarded.

  • We’re unable to modify or cancel an order once it has been processed.

Backorders

  • We aim to keep everything in stock. If an item is backordered, we will hold the shipment until all products are available.

  • Backorders will not be held beyond five business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends (or after 11:00 am Friday) ship the next business day.
