My whole family takes these lemon flavor cod liver oil capsules every morning with our Vitamin D - we just pop them in our mouth and chew them - the lemon flavor masks everything and my youngest tries to sneak extra! Some spit out the gel casings, but 2 of my kids just chew and swallow them. I also add a Vitamin E capsule to mine and these cod liver oil lemon flavored capsules even mask that. Remember to take with food.
