MucosaCalm - 90 capsules

Adults: 1 capsule, 3 times per day. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.

This is a product I formulated. It contains the ingredients that I feel are the best healers for the intestinal wall and mucosal lining, and highly likely to be well tolerated. If you’re having 3 or more bowel movements per day, then make sure you open the capsules and mix them in water (or diluted apple juice) and drink on an empty stomach (20 minutes before food, or 2 hours after food).

Although it must be taken on an empty stomach, MucosaCalm can be combined (taken at the same time) with certain other supplements like George's Aloe Vera Juice, NAG, L-Glutamine, etc. that also need to be taken on an empty stomach AND are being taken for the same purpose (to heal the gut lining). But, MucosaCalm cannot be taken together with Probiotics.

You also would not want to take it together with any substance that has a bowel clearing or detox effect, as you want MucosaCalm to stay in contact with your intestinal lining, not be flushed out.
