Jini Says +

Licorice soothes mucous membranes and also promotes healing. So these tablets can be used to soothe the GI tract, or they can be used to relieve heartburn (GERD).

If using for heartburn relief, slowly suck one tablet before each meal. Some people also find it useful to suck an additional tablet after the meal as well - test it and see. But remember to suck, not chew the tablet, as that gives the licorice more time to work before you start eating.

Deglycyrrhizinated licorice

  • Stimulates protective defenses
  • Protects the gastrointestinal lining
  • Supports the health of the digestive system
Gluten-Free         Non-GMO          Vegan

Today, the benefits of licorice have been identified in its ability to soothe gastric ulcers, irritable bowel and acid reflux. It may also inhibit the growth of H. pylori, a bacterium often responsible for ulcers and heartburn symptoms. Unfortunately, licorice also contains compounds that can increase blood pressure, namely glycerrhizinic and glycerrhetinic acids. DGL-760 contains deglycyrrhizinated licorice, a licorice extract that does not contain these compounds and is safe for those who are concerned about its blood pressure raising effects.

GUARANTEES: Contains no wheat, gluten, corn, nuts, peanuts, sesame seeds, sulphites, mustard, soy, dairy, eggs, fish, shellfish or any animal byproduct.
