Bifido Factor Dairy Free Capsules:
1 capsule daily, preferably on an empty stomach. Each capsule can be opened and the powdered contents mixed in water (ideal), yogurt, milk, or diluted apple or pear juice.

Bifido Factor Dairy Free Powders:
1/2 teaspoon probiotic powder daily, mixed in unchilled, filtered water, preferably on an empty stomach.

1/2 teaspoon probiotic powder daily mixed in unchilled, filtered water, preferably on an empty stomach.

2 billion colony forming units (CFU) per capsule of viable Bifidobacterium bifidum, Malyoth super strain in a culture base of organically grown garbanzo bean (chick-pea) extract, cellulose powder and dehydrated potato powder in a veggie capsule. Receives added benefits from the natural supernatant (culturing medium) that is maintained by Natren®'s proprietary Trenev Process®. Contains no preservatives, artificial colors or flavors.

Capsules or Powders?
Take the probiotic powder if you’re experiencing diarrhea (or more than 3 bowel movements per day), heartburn, or upper gastrointestinal problems. If your bowel movements are normal or constipated, you can take the probiotic capsules, if you prefer. The regular capsules (Megadophilus, Bifido Factor, Digesta-Lac) also contain the beneficial growth medium (or supernatent).

How Much Should I Order?
The length of time a bottle of probiotics lasts depends on the dosage. For the powdered probiotics, there are 6 teaspoons in 1 ounce. Therefore, there are 27 teaspoons in the large 4.5 oz bottle. So, if you are taking the high dose of 3 teaspoons per day (12 billion cfu per day), the 4.5 oz bottle would last 9 days.

If you take the minimum therapeutic probiotic dose of 2 teaspoons per day (8 billion cfu), the 4.5 oz bottle would last 13 days.

If you take the maintenance dose of 1/2 teaspoon per day, the 4.5 oz bottle would last 54 days.

Bifido Factor® contains Bifidobacterium bifidum Malyoth super strain, 2 billion CFU per 1 capsule. Bifidobacterium bifidum Malyoth super strain is the most potent and beneficial bifido bacteria available. This product works in conjunction with Megadophilus® and Digesta-Lac®. The Bifidobacterium bifidum is extracted from the growth medium and packaged into capsules.
