Directions +

Jini Says +

If you look at the list of herbs in this Lymph Tonic, you will notice that many also support the immune system and Burdock is one of my favorite herbs for liver support. Because the lymph system is your body's primary mechanism to cleanse and detox, its function is crucial to both your immune system and liver function.

Combine this herbal support with my video compilation for full-body manual lymph drainage massage - you can do these techniques on your own body! If you have kids who tend towards ear or sinus infection, the lymph drainage for the head is excellent.

As with any new herb, or combination remedy - go low and slow! Start off with just a few drops, add to 4-6 ounces of hot/boiling water. And wait until the alcohol has evaporated off. Maybe just consume every other day to begin with, or a few times per week. Gradually increase as your gut guides you, and as it feels good to your body.
